PowerFlex Roller Conveyors for Efficient Loading and Unloading

UVOTec's PowerFlex roller conveyors are perfect for a wide range of applications, including general cargo loading and unloading, distribution centers, packaging operations, mobile workstations, and shipping and receiving.

Designed to move smoothly in and out of trucks, these roller conveyors facilitate a faster, safer, and more ergonomic loading and unloading process, ultimately enhancing your operational efficiency.

The PowerFlex 1.9 features a robust construction with a drive capacity of 150 kg per meter. Equipped with swivel castors of Ø 200x50 mm and a standard roller pitch of 127 mm, it provides optimal stability and maneuverability. Optional roller pitch sizes of 76 and 102 mm are also available. The rollers are made of galvanized steel with a diameter of Ø 50 mm, and the height is adjustable from 725 to 950 mm (other heights can be accommodated upon request).

With a stepless speed controller ranging from 5 to 60 cm/sec and a single-phase electrical connection of 220V, the PowerFlex 1.9 offers maximum flexibility and ease of use.

The PowerFlex 1.5 provides similar features and benefits, with slightly smaller dimensions: castors of Ø 150x50 mm and rollers of Ø 40 mm. Its height is adjustable from 800 to 1100 mm, making this roller conveyor suitable for a wide range of applications.
